2019年1月16日と1月18日にドイツ・ハンブルグ大学にて、ハンブルグ大学教育学科主催の研究コロキアム（Forschungskolloquium 2019）が開催されました。ここでは、2年間にわたり人間系とハンブルグ大学（教育学科）が共同実施してきた研究プロジェクトについてW. Gweinn講師（ハンブルグ大学）と宮内久絵助教（人間系）が発表しました。16日は主に大学関係者を対象に、18日は学部生・大学院生を対象に行われ、両日合わせて60名が参加しました。
ハンブルグ大学との研究交流は、ハンブルグ大学で視覚障害教育を専門とされるS. Degenhardt教授が2017年に人間系を初めて訪問されたことを契機に始まりました。2018年度からは「筑波大学・ドイツ学術交流（DAAD）パートナーシップ・プログラム助成2018-2019」をいただき、「インクルーシブ教育システムの開発：日独の理論的枠組みと実践の比較を中心に」というテーマで交流を進めてきました。2018～2019年度の2年間にわたり、ハンブルグ大学からは教員３名、学生８名が筑波大学を訪問したほか、筑波大学からは教員３名、学生３名がハンブルグ大学を訪問しました。当初は、障害科学域を中心とした研究交流でしたが、2019年度からは教育学域の先生方にも関わっていただいています。2020年4月からは新たなメンバーを迎え、「インクルーシブ教育を支える多職種専門家チームとその機能」について共同研究を開始する予定です。
Forschungskolloquium 2019" was held at University of Hamburg, 2019 January 16th and the 18th. The event on the 16th was mainly for faculty members and 18th was for students and total of 60 people participated. At the event, Ms. W. Gweinn from University of Hamburg and Dr. H. Miyauchi from University of Tsukuba spoke pertaining to the 2 year research project which was funded through “University of Tsukuba–DAAD Partnership Program". This research project aimed to investigate and evaluate the theoretical concepts and practical work related to inclusive education in both countries and propose ideas for improving some of the crucial issues identified.
The research collaborations between the two universities had started in 2017 when Dr. S. Degenhardt from Hamburg visited Univ. of Tsukuba for the first time. Through the DAAD funding, 3 faculties and 3 students from University of Tsukuba visited Hamburg and 3 faculties and 8 students from University of Hamburg visited Tsukuba. Researchers from both universities have agreed to further continue the research partnership. From 2020 April, a new research project will be launched under the topic; “Multi-professional working structure in successful inclusive education”.
